Welcome

It is located just across the freeway by the City of Liberty Lake.  It is proposed to be constructed in phases over a 15 year period, and the new community will encompass over 600 acres and provide for nearly 3000 residential/multi-family living units with a variety of home styles and price ranges. Eventually a village retail center, a health club and professional offices are planned along the River corridor, and RiverCrossing is in the annexation process to the City of Liberty Lake. 

The RiverCrossing Community will include over 65 acres or landscaped common area and open space, including numerous neighborhood parks, and a bicycle and pedestrian trail system. When completed the community will include over five miles of trails which will connect the neighborhoods to schools, parks and shopping.

As you will see RiverCrossing has been planned with a vision of the future in which quality neighborhoods are a promise kept.
